It will be the big event that Yang Yong-eun, the US PGA champion and Asia's first male winner of a major will meet Tiger Woods again at the HSBC Champions event - now part of the World Golf Championship series - in Shanghai on November 5-8.

The two player once had the battle on the Sheshan course three years ago and Yang came out on top then as well.

At that time, 2007 winner Phil Mickelson, defending champion Sergio Garcia and four more of the world's top 10- Paul Casey, Henrik Stenson, Geoff Ogilvy and Open champion Stewart Cink, will step into the field.

"Winning the tournament set the foundation for bigger things to come," said Yang. "It gave me the courage to achieve bigger goals.

"It definitely changed my career because it gave me the strength that I needed."
